The Front End That Tracks Where You Point It
The SAND KING PRO is the front half of the dune setup — a light 6-ply bias tire with a tall center steering rib that holds a line across soft sand instead of washing out at the top of the face.
Sand does not reward tread depth on the front end; it rewards a knife edge. The center rib on the SAND KING PRO cuts into the surface and gives the steering something to work against, while the shallow 0.75-inch secondary ribs let the tire float rather than plow.
The bias 6-ply casing is deliberately light. Unsprung weight on the front end is what makes a machine feel lazy turning in, and taking it off gives you quicker, more honest steering when you are picking a line up a face at speed.
Run it at 12 psi on a 6–8 inch rim, 14 or 15 inch. This is an off-road tire — it is not DOT approved and not road legal. Pair it with the SAND KING PADDLE rear for a balanced dune setup.

Two dune seasons in and the rib is starting to round over. Fair going for the money, but I would not count on a third.
Carved a blown-out face all afternoon
St. Anthony was chewed up and soft by three in the afternoon. The fronts still carved instead of pushing wide, and I never once had to lift to bring the nose back to where I actually wanted it.
Front end feels a size lighter
Dropped real weight off the nose. Steering is quicker at speed and my arms are less cooked by the end of a day.
Light casing, no scares
That light casing had me nervous about the rocky pull-offs. Ran them all season without a single puncture.
Tracks where you point it
Third trip to Glamis on these fronts. That centre rib is the entire point — the machine holds a line across a soft face instead of wandering down it, and turn-in is noticeably lighter than the stockers were.
Sand only, and I should have read that
Bought these as an all-round front without reading properly. Hopeless the moment a trail turns wet. Dunes only.
Superb on sand, vague on hardpack
On dunes it is exactly right. On the graded road back to the truck the rib tramlines in every rut and you correct the whole way.
Half what the name-brand fronts cost and I could not tell you the difference once I was on sand.
Check your rim width first
Mounted the 32s on 15x7s and the bead seated easily. A friend on a narrower rim fought his for an hour.
Fronts went onto a 2022 RZR Turbo R without touching another thing.
