Accessibility
Our WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility conformance statement, known limitations, and how to report a barrier.
Our Commitment
Invicta Rubber LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to invictatire.com (the "Site"). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project — we review and remediate issues as they are identified.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the Site.
"Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working through the known issues listed in Section 4 and prioritize fixes that affect the checkout and Fitment Finder flows first, since those are essential to completing a purchase.
Measures We've Taken
We support accessibility through the following ongoing practices:
- Semantic HTML markup, landmark regions, and heading structure across templates.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, the cart drawer, and the Fitment Finder tool.
- Visible focus states and skip-to-content links on every page.
- Alt text on product and content images, and ARIA labeling on icon-only controls.
- Color contrast checks against WCAG AA thresholds during design and template updates.
- Periodic manual testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the Site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some third-party embedded content (payment provider iframes, shipping-carrier widgets) is outside our direct control and may not fully match our accessibility standards.
- Older product photography may be missing descriptive alt text; we are auditing and backfilling this on a rolling basis.
- Some PDF spec sheets linked from product pages were not authored to be screen-reader friendly; an HTML alternative is available on request.
If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us — see Section 5.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know:

Please include the web page URL and a description of the issue so we can locate and address it. We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information, item, or transaction you seek through an alternate communication method if needed.
Formal Complaints & Remediation Commitment
We treat every accessibility report as an action item, not a one-off fix. When a barrier is confirmed, we log it, assign it a remediation timeline based on severity, and re-test with the reporting method (screen reader, keyboard, or assistive technology) that surfaced it before considering it resolved. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also refer your complaint to your local disability rights authority.
